Delivery Information

We ship Australia wide, 5 days a week.

Most items will be shipped via E-Parcel with tracking.

Someone will need to sign for the goods if needed on the day of delivery.

Using a business address for delivery is highly recommended as the preferred hassle free method.

Some areas, or large items, may be delivered to your nearest depot for collection. You will receive a notification when your item is ready to be collected.

Authority to leave terms & conditions

By selecting a service that is Authority To Leave (ATL) at the checkout page on the website, Prowave’s shipping agents will leave your parcel at your unattended premises.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Prowave, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release ‘Prowave’ from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give ‘Prowave or our agents’ Authority to Leave, then you will need to be at your premises on the day of delivery in order to sign for your parcel.

You will receive multiple emails notifying you of your tracking number and the progress of your parcel.
